Responsibilities
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Knowledge of ERP System & Material Planning, Capacity Planning
- Understanding SIOP Planning, Supply Plan.
- Master Scheduling / Demand Forecasting.
- Interact with Sales / Manufacturing / Product Team to interpret their needs and requirement to understand demand.
- Understanding MRP and Material Planning process and close interaction with Procurement/Buyer team
- Planning & Forecast of long lead material with the help of Sales, Engineering & Product team.
- Track & Report generations of SIOP & Supply Plan
- Inventory Analysis and action plan to reduce inventory.
- Develop and implement manufacturing plans, capacity allocation for new products
- Good Excel & MS office knowledge
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a Materials Management Land 3-5 years of related experience in a material planning/ sales inventory control/ logistics/ customer service within a manufacturing and operations environment.
- Has Business analytics, data science knowledge
- Power BI experience is a must
- Strong understanding of Continuous Improvement and Lean Techniques and applications
- Demonstrates proficiency in all MS office applications
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
