Material Requirement Planner - SCommerce

• Monitor historical consumption and usage trends of packaging and consumables to support material forecasting and replenishment planning.
• Track inventory levels across multiple warehouses and identify low-stock or potential out-of-stock situations.
• Coordinate with warehouse custodians, procurement, and suppliers to align on replenishment schedules, delivery plans, and stock readiness.
• Assist in validating purchase requests by checking consumption forecasts, current stock coverage, vendor capacity, and cost considerations.
• Prepare and maintain dashboards, reports, and trackers related to inventory, demand patterns, and vendor performance.
• Support procurement in monitoring PO progress, ensuring timely deliveries, and flagging potential risks or delays.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and help prepare materials readiness for new warehouses or operational expansions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Open to fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in supply chain, procurement, operations, or logistics.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel familiarity with basic forecasting or data analysis is a plus.
• Solid attention to detail and ability to manage multiple follow-ups and coordination tasks.
• Good communication and teamwork skills, with a strong willingness to learn.
• Proactive, organized, and capable of operating in a fast-paced warehouse and logistics environment.
