Job Description

  • Lead QVE (Quality Value Engineering) and COS (Cost Optimization Strategy) initiatives at the BU level
  • Consolidate performance data and track progress against productivity targets
  • Facilitate product workshops and competitor teardowns to spark innovation
  • Manage the Master Project List for respective BU
  • Drive cost-down projections with actionable plans and governance
  • Monitor plant-level productivity actions and ensure alignment with BU goals
  • Collaborate with BU and R&D teams to build strong governance frameworks
  • Benchmark across plants and animate improvement plans with clear timelines

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Productivity, or Cost Management roles.
  • Experience working in a cross-functional, multinational environment is preferred‌
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and identify productivity opportunities.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, KPI tracking, and financial impact assessment.
  • Experience with productivity dashboards, cost modeling, and savings validation‌
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within timeline commitments.
  • Strong planning, prioritization, and governance capabilities.
  • Experience leading productivity, cost optimization, or continuous improvement programs.‌
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to influence and engage stakeholders across different functions and organizational levels.
  • Strong facilitation skills for workshops, reviews, and cross-functional meetings.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or operations
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
