About this Position As a Master Data Specialist (SEAL), you will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and quality of product artwork and material master data while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure data completeness and support continuous improvement initiatives.
What You´ll Do
- Review and validate artwork data, including dimensions, shapes, and technical drawings
- Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve missing or inaccurate data and ensure information accuracy
- Execute artwork-related projects and support master data maintenance activities
- Monitor workflows, manage stakeholder inquiries, and communicate material activation updates; Support master data cleanup, reporting analysis, and process improvement initiatives
- Conduct root cause analysis and recommend solutions to improve data quality and operational efficiency
- Update process documentation and support project activities as assigned by the Team Lead or Manager
- Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as required by the business
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or any related field
- Knowledge of SAP MM and Material Master Data processes is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail; Experience in artwork management, packaging data, or data quality processes is an advantage
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and global stakeholders; Fast learner with a proactive mindset and a passion for continuous improvement
- Amenable to work on a mid-shift schedule (3:00 PM to 12:00 MN) and report on a hybrid work setup in Ayala Avenue, Makati.
