Position: Material Buying Planner
Location: 1880, Eastwood, Libis, QC, Philippines

Responsibilities
- Issue PO
- Make sure all issue PO are approved and confirmed
- Make sure ordered item, received in full
- Make sure orders delivered ontime
- Work closely with Inventory specialist to make sure production will have enough material to run
- Work with logistic if order need to be picked up
- Run monthly purchase report
- Make sure to understand Minimun Order Requirement, Limited Space, Cash Flow, and Shelf Life of ingredient
Prior Experience
- Min 3 years in manufacturing
- Education – Bachelor Degree in Business
- Strong attention detail
- Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced environment
- Data entry and record keeping
- Order Management
- Proficient in Excel and able to learn how to use our ERP
- Good communication skill
