KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
You will:
- Identify, research, and source qualified leads for residential and commercial cabinetry projects.
- Generate new business opportunities through online platforms, social media, referrals, networking events, property developers, architects, interior designers, contractors, and other relevant channels.
- Build, manage, and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective clients and business opportunities.
- Qualify leads based on project requirements, budget, timeline, decision-making authority, and overall project potential.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead databases, CRM records, and prospect information.
- Engage and nurture prospective clients through calls, emails, messaging platforms, and face-toface meetings.
- Establish strong client relationships by understanding their needs, preferences, project requirements, and expectations.
- Convert qualified leads into quotation requests and scheduled client appointments with the Sales Designer or Sales Team.
- Achieve a minimum 30% conversion rate from endorsed qualified leads to quotation requests and/or client appointments.
- Coordinate closely with the Sales and Technical Teams to ensure the timely preparation of quotations, proposals, and other client requirements.
- Monitor and follow up on leads regularly to maximize conversion opportunities and maintain an active sales pipeline.
- Provide regular updates and reports on lead generation activities, pipeline status, conversion rates, and client engagements.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of any Business-related, Engineering, Architecture, or other relevant course.
- With relevant sales experience, preferably in lead generation, client engagement, business development, or sales within the construction, cabinetry, interior design, or related industry.
- Must have a valid driver's license and be able to drive a car.
- An existing network or client base of architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, decision makers, purchasing heads, property developers, and other industry stakeholders is an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish and maintain strong client relationships.
- Confident and effective in conducting corporate presentations, client meetings, and business discussions.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and follow-up skills.
- Proactive, results-driven, and comfortable working with sales targets and performance metrics.
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple leads, client engagements, and follow-ups simultaneously.
