The Master Trainer is responsible for assisting the Talent Development Manager in performing his duties involving training administration, training design and conduct evaluation.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Design, develop, and implement training programs based on organizational and individual learning needs
Conduct training sessions, workshops, and development initiatives for employees across levels
Perform training needs analysis in collaboration with department heads and HR partners
Develop training materials, manuals, presentations, and e-learning content
Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback, assessments, and performance metrics
Coordinate with external trainers, vendors, and consultants when required
Support leadership development, and succession planning initiatives
Maintain training records, reports, and compliance documentations
Stay updated on industry best practices, learning technologies, and talent development trends
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience in training delivery, learning & development, or talent management
Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills, with ability to collaborate across departments
Ability to design engaging learning content and training frameworks
Analytical mindset with skills to assess training impact, effectiveness, and ROI
Strong organizational and stakeholder management capabilities
Proficiency in creating engaging learning materials (PPTs, manuals, e-learning content)
Ability to conduct training needs analysis and gap assessments
