About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized MDM Specialist to join our Global Business Services (GBS) team on a 6-month contract. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate vendor and customer master data across ERP systems and banking platforms, ensuring compliance with company policies, service level agreements (SLAs), and data governance standards. Key ResponsibilitiesMaster Data Management
  • Create and maintain vendor and customer records in ERP systems and banking portals.
  • Process account creations, updates, and modifications based on approved requests and supporting documents.
  • Conduct bank account verification through phone, video, or email communication.
  • Ensure proper documentation, filing, and record management.

Data Review & Reporting
  • Perform regular reviews of vendor and customer master data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Coordinate with Procurement, Accounts Payable, Payments, and Local Finance teams for data validation and updates.
  • Assist in preparing KPI and operational reports.

Administrative & Operational Support
  • Support audit requirements by providing requested documentation and responding to inquiries.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives, projects, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Maintain accurate tracking of work activities and process-related data.
  • Provide support to the wider GBS team as needed.

QualificationsRequired
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Master Data Management, Shared Services, Finance Operations, or a similar role.
  • Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or equivalent.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a structured and process-driven environment.
  • Willing to work in a hybrid setup.

Preferred
  • Experience in a Shared Services or BPO environment.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Experience working with international stakeholders and multicultural teams.
  • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
