Job Description

Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented MDM Specialist to manage and maintain vendor and customer master data in compliance with SLA standards and company financial policies. This role ensures accurate and timely processing of account creation, updates, verifications, reporting, and administrative support within a structured environment.

Key Responsibilities

Master Data Management

  • Create and maintain vendor and customer accounts in ERP systems and banking portals based on approved requests and complete documentation

  • Update or modify records as required with proper validation

  • Conduct bank verification for vendors via call, video, or email confirmation

  • Ensure proper documentation filing and storage

Data Review & Reporting

  • Perform regular reviews of vendor and customer master data using ERP file extractions

  • Coordinate with stakeholders such as Procurement, Accounts Payable, Payments, and Finance for updates and validation

  • Assist in preparing KPI and performance reports

Administrative & Project Support

  • Provide data for scorecard reporting and performance tracking

  • Update timekeeping records, overtime, and leave entries

  • Track man-hours per process

  • Support project implementation, testing (UAT), and documentation

  • Assist audit teams with required records and respond to inquiries

Qualifications (Must Have)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field

  • At least1 year experiencein Master Data Management or similar role

  • Experience using ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, D365)

  • Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail

  • Able to work in a structured, deadline-driven environment

  • Willing to work on ahybrid setup

Preferred Qualifications
  • Background in Shared Services or BPO environment

  • Experience working in global or multicultural organizations

  • Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
