The Master Data Governance Specialist I ((Associate Professional, Reports & Data Analytics) is part of PSS RDA organization. Responsible for management and administration of enterprise data domains globally, ensuring high levels of data quality, integrity, availability, accuracy, completeness, consistency, and privacy.

  • Central product setup, including searchable attributes, vendor setup, maintenance, and governance.
  • Ensure business requirements are met while adhering to global standards.
  • Setup and maintain commodity codes in SAP and ensure data coherence between systems.
  • Perform quality control and cleansing of master data.
  • Support countries according to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with product and vendor creation and maintenance processes.
  • Analyze and audit item creation and change requests.
  • Identify data mismatches and continuously strive for process improvement.
  • Generate ad hoc reports and datasets, ensuring compliance with deliverable reporting requirements.

Qualifications:

  • University degree in Business, Finance, or IT.
  • Good understanding of data structures.
  • Intermediate MS Excel user.
  • Intermediate analytics skills.
  • Basic business knowledge in inventory management and purchasing operations.
  • Experience working in a multicultural team.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive.
