- Respond to customer inquiries and requests through various communication channels (phone, email, chat)
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner

- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and suggest process enhancements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times
