Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Customer Support Representative. This full-time position is based in Cagayan de Oro, Misamis Oriental. In this role, you will be the voice of our company, providing exceptional customer service and support to our growing client base.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Respond to customer inquiries and requests through various communication channels (phone, email, chat)
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide product and service information to customers
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and suggest process enhancements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times

  • Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role is preferred
