Job Description

The Markets Senior Officer is responsible to support our Clients & Markets initiatives. The successful candidate will play a key role in business development support, client relationship management, and the implementation of marketing strategies that strengthen client engagement and drive growth across priority markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development Support

  • Assist in the preparation of pitch materials, client proposals, and capability statements
  • Coordinate with internal teams to develop tailored marketing collateral for business opportunities
  • Maintain and update client databases, opportunity trackers, and pipeline reports
  • Support research and analysis on market trends, competitor activity, and potential client prospects

Client Relationship Management

  • Help track and follow up on client engagements, feedback, and follow-through activities
  • Support account planning initiatives and assist in managing key client accounts
  • Prepare briefing materials for client meetings and events
  • Monitor client satisfaction and assist in coordinating feedback mechanisms

Marketing Coordination

  • Work with the marketing and communications team on targeted campaigns, events, and thought leadership pieces aligned with business development goals
  • Assist in the planning and execution of client webinars, forums, and networking events
  • Ensure branding, messaging, and client-facing materials are consistent and up-to-date

Project Support

  • Assist in managing projects under the Clients & Markets function, ensuring timely delivery of tasks and stakeholder alignment
  • Prepare regular reports, presentations, and documentation related to client and market initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum of 35 years of experience in marketing, business development, or client relationship support roles
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
