Create and manage product listings on various online marketplaces (e.g., Lazada, Shopee, Tiktok Shop specialized industry marketplaces).
Ensure product information is accurate, detailed, and optimized for search visibility.
Continuously update product listings with new information, images, and specifications.

Inventory Management

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain to ensure timely restocking.
Manage and update stock availability on marketplace platforms to avoid overselling.

Customer Service

Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues through marketplace messaging systems.
Handle customer complaints and returns in a professional manner.

Sales Performance Analysis
