Job Description
Product Listings And Optimization
- Create and manage product listings on various online marketplaces (e.g., Lazada, Shopee, Tiktok Shop specialized industry marketplaces).
- Ensure product information is accurate, detailed, and optimized for search visibility.
- Continuously update product listings with new information, images, and specifications.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain to ensure timely restocking.
- Manage and update stock availability on marketplace platforms to avoid overselling.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues through marketplace messaging systems.
- Handle customer complaints and returns in a professional manner.
- Track and analyze sales data from marketplaces to identify trends and opportunities.
- Provide regular reports on marketplace performance to management.
- Use insights to make data-driven decisions to improve sales and profitability.
- Develop and implement promotional strategies to increase product visibility and sales.
