About The Role

We're looking for a highly responsive, detail-obsessed Marketplace Operations & Content Specialist who can execute requests quickly, accurately, and at scalewithout needing repeated direction. This role supports our 3P marketplace operations with a primary focus on Amazon, Walmart and Shopify. This person must confirm tasks immediately, execute with precision the first time, and be ready to provide status updates on demand.

Responsibilities

• Upload and maintain written content (titles, bullets, descriptions, A+, etc.) across marketplaces
• Upload and manage visual assets (images, enhanced content, A+, modules) to the correct SKUs and variations
• Create, upload, and properly variate new products as requested
• Manage and resolve marketplace support cases related to listings, content, or inventory issues
• Own customer service workflows (reviews, messages, return requests), checking multiple times daily to maintain platform standards and deliver excellent CX
• Audit product pages daily for content accuracy, variation breaks, suppressed listings, and unauthorized or foreign drop shipper activity
• Proactively flag issues impacting account health or conversion

• Marketplace pages stay clean, compliant, and optimized at all times

Competencies And Qualifications

• 3+ years managing marketplace operations on Amazon, Walmart, Shopify (3P seller experience preferred).
• Preferably experienced with Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central workflows.
• Hands-on experience with marketplace dashboards and product listing tools
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data management and reporting
• Precision Content Execution: Proven ability to upload and maintain written/visual assets (A+ content, modules) with 100% accuracy and minimal supervision.
• Experience managing SKU variations and product catalog maintenance.
• Track record of handling customer service workflows on marketplaces (reviews, messages, returns)
• Marketplace Troubleshooting: Extensive experience managing and resolving support cases regarding suppressed listings, inventory issues, and account health.
• Knowledge of marketplace policies and compliance standards
