Objective:
To drive the commercial performance of Green GSM's ride-hailing Marketplace by turning platform data into actionable insight. The Marketplace Manager owns the reporting and analytics backbone that guides decision-making across Operations, Sales, and Marketing — identifying growth opportunities, monitoring the KPIs that matter, and leading a team to convert data into strategies that move the business beyond target.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain reports, dashboards, and data models that give Operations, Sales, and Marketing a single source of truth on Marketplace performance.
- Analyze platform data to surface commercial opportunities, supply-demand gaps, and performance trends, and translate them into clear recommendations for stakeholders.
- Own KPI monitoring and reporting cadence, delivering regular performance updates to management and cross-functional teams.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to turn business requirements into analytical solutions and automated reporting.
- Lead market and competitive analysis to inform Marketplace strategy, product roadmaps, and operational planning.
- Manage ad-hoc analysis and special projects that address specific business challenges or growth opportunities.
- Lead, mentor, and coach the team, setting strategy and driving performance beyond target.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proven leadership experience in data or analytics management, ideally in technology or transportation.
- Strong analytical skills — able to collect, structure, analyze, and interpret large datasets to drive decisions.
- Hands-on proficiency with data and BI tools (e.g., BigQuery, Power BI) and the ability to build automated reporting.
- Excellent communication skills — able to present complex findings clearly to both technical and business stakeholders.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven, comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Willing to work onsite at MOA Complex, Pasay City.
