  • Execute flat file and bulk uploads, resolve listing errors, suppressions, and detail page issues.
  • Manage Brand Store architecture, navigation, merchandising, and performance using Store Insights.
  • Plan seasonal storefront updates and coordinate with advertising teams to improve traffic and conversions.

Product, Assortment, Pricing, and Profitability

  • Recommend product assortment decisions, including new listings, product launches, and product retirement.
  • Develop launch plans covering content readiness, review generation, advertising support, and inventory positioning.
  • Manage promotional activities such as Lightning Deals, Best Deals, coupons, Prime Day, and Subscribe & Save.
  • Monitor pricing against DTC, MAP, and competitors while protecting brand positioning.
  • Build ASIN-level and account-level profitability models covering referral, FBA, storage, removal, returns, and advertising fees.
  • Evaluate the margin impact of pricing changes, promotions, and new product launches.
  • Understand Vendor Central economics, including cost negotiations, accruals, chargebacks, and PPM.

Inventory and Amazon Operations

  • Monitor IPI, storage exposure, and capacity limits.
  • Coordinate shipment creation, supply chain timelines, and seasonal inventory planning.
  • Manage Amazon cases, escalations, reimbursement claims, and catalog defects through resolution.

Amazon Platform Operations and Brand Protection

  • Demonstrate expert-level knowledge of Seller Central and Vendor Central, including listings, orders, inventory, reports, POs, retail analytics, chargebacks, and A+ Content.

  • Manage Brand Registry tools, including Transparency, Project Zero, Report a Violation, and Brand Analytics.
  • Troubleshoot stranded inventory, suppressed listings, ASIN merges, unauthorized sellers, counterfeit listings, and Buy Box issues.
  • Monitor Vine enrollment, customer reviews, star ratings, and Voice of the Customer.

  • Coordinate with the advertising team on keyword and audience strategies, budget allocation, ACoS, TACoS, and ROAS.
  • Ensure content and inventory readiness before scaling advertising spend.
