About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on Marketing Tech Specialist who thrives at the intersection of creativity and technology. You'll be responsible for building, optimizing, and automating digital marketing systems that drive engagement, conversions, and measurable growth.

This role is ideal for someone who is AI-ready — comfortable with emerging technologies and eager to learn how artificial intelligence can enhance marketing workflows.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and optimize landing pages that convert across multiple campaigns.

  • Develop and deploy email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing.

  • Build and maintain automation workflows using Zapier, GoHighLevel, and Zoho Marketing Automation to streamline lead capture, nurturing, and sales processes.

  • Manage and integrate Zoho CRM for lead management, customer tracking, and campaign alignment.

  • Ensure seamless data flow across platforms with accurate tracking and reporting.

  • Manage and optimize social media campaigns, ensuring alignment with broader marketing strategies.

  • Monitor campaign performance, generate reports, and recommend data-driven improvements.

  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure technology supports business goals.

  • Explore and adopt AI-driven tools and strategies to improve efficiency, personalization, and scalability.


Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing technology or digital marketing execution.

  • Proven expertise in landing page design, email campaign management, and automation workflows.

  • Proficiency with Zapier, GoHighLevel, Zoho CRM, Zoho Marketing Automation, and major social media platforms.

  • Strong understanding of CRM systems, lead funnels, and conversion tracking.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and optimize performance.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • AI-ready mindset: willingness to learn, experiment, and integrate new technologies into workflows.
