Manage social media, support marketing tools, and explore new technologies (including AI)
What They Will Do
- Review content calendars and trackers
- Check posts (QA) before publishing (format, links, visuals)
- Monitor engagement (comments, basic metrics)
- Prepare simple performance reports for social media accounts
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Explore basic use of AI tools for content support (drafts, summaries, captions)
- Test simple tools that improve workflow (scheduling, reporting, organization)
- Share observations on what works and what can be improved
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable with tools and spreadsheets
- Familiar with social media platforms
- Curious about AI and willing to try new tools
