Job Description

The Role

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and technically capable Marketing Systems Analyst to support the maintenance, integrity, and performance of its digital marketing infrastructure. This role ensures marketing platforms, analytics systems, and reporting inputs are accurately tracked, integrated, and functioning efficiently. You will play a key role in supporting the centralized data warehouse initiative by maintaining reliable data flows, resolving tracking issues, and coordinating with vendors to ensure marketing performance data is accurate and actionable. This is a technical support role focused on execution, platform administration, data quality, and cross-functional coordination with marketing, data, enablement, and vendor partners.

Location: Must be residing in the Philippines – Remote

Environment: Philippines and international teams

Language: Advanced English (B2+ to C1)

Time zone: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST

Employment Type: Full-time

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred

Requirements:

  • Experience supporting digital marketing systems, CRM platforms, analytics tools, or related technical environments
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console
  • Strong understanding of tagging, tracking, data flow, and attribution
  • Experience with CRM or field service platforms; familiarity with ServiceTitan or Housecall Pro is preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to document workflows and technical requirements
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues, escalate appropriately, and communicate clearly with stakeholders and vendors
  • Comfortable working with reporting inputs, campaign performance data, and conversion tracking
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a service-oriented approach

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves):

  • Experience in franchise, multi-brand, home services, or distributed location marketing environments
  • Familiarity with Scorpion, Rallio, Brandfolder, ServiceTitan, and/or Housecall Pro
  • Exposure to paid media tracking, SEO improvements, and website analytics infrastructure
  • Experience supporting centralized reporting or data warehouse initiatives
  • Experience creating SOPs, FAQs, or scalable support documentation

Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing Systems Maintenance

  • Maintain and optimize marketing platforms, including Scorpion, Rallio, ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, and Brandfolder
  • Ensure platforms are fully utilized and functioning correctly across brands
  • Identify and escalate inefficiencies, optimization opportunities, and performance issues
  • Assist in rolling out new tools, features, and marketing technology updates
  • Address gaps in foundational tracking required for attribution and reporting

Digital Analytics & Tracking Infrastructure

  • Execute data integrity tasks across Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console
  • Implement and manage tagging strategies to support accurate attribution
  • Track user behavior, conversions, and lead sources
  • Identify and resolve issues in data flow, system connectivity, and integrations
  • Standardize data structure and naming conventions across platforms
  • Validate attribution for paid media efforts, including social and Google Ads
  • Support technical improvements related to SEO and website structure

Franchise Owner Support & Technical Triage

  • Serve as the initial technical contact for franchise owners regarding CRM, marketing platforms, and website issues
  • Document recurring issues and contribute to scalable solutions (SOPs, FAQs)
  • Track vendor deliverables, performance benchmarks, and timelines
  • Coordinate with vendors on implementation and issue resolution

Reporting Data Preparation

  • Prepare and maintain core datasets for lead generation, campaign performance, and conversion tracking
  • Ensure reporting is based on validated data from the centralized warehouse
  • Monitor consistency and flag discrepancies impacting reporting

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with the CMO, Data Analyst, Brand Marketing, and Enablement teams to align systems with business needs
  • Communicate system updates, data concerns, and vendor issues clearly
  • Support continuous improvements in marketing operations and reporting accuracy
