Job Summary
This position is primarily responsible for assisting the Marketing Head effectively run the unit in a smooth and seamless manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Updating the company website and other digital tools to ensure compliance with standard regulation.
- Ensuring that the department complies with the risk & compliance deliverables in a timely manner.
- Providing oversight of the department's budget and expenses.
- Ensuring that the department's processes are appropriately documented, and assets are accounted for.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, financial services, or any related discipline.
- With at least 3 years of relevant work experience in sales or service organization handling marketing management or administrative services, preferably in the life insurance industry.
- With functional knowledge of basic MS Office application (MS Word, Powerpoint, Excel) and various photo/video editing software (Canva, Photoshop, Figma, InDesign, etc.)
- Excellent planning and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Willing to work onsite and be assigned in Ortigas or Makati.
