Job Description

The Marketing Support Officer is primarily responsible in managing Developer's accreditation/renewal and inclusion of its project/s for end-buyer financing.

Responsibilities:

  1. Reviews collated accreditation documents submitted by the handling Account Officer/Developer.
  2. Reviews and endorses MSA's requested credit and adverse record checking, appraisal of project subject for accreditation and verification of mother title/s and/or subdivided titles that cover/s the project.
  3. Reviews and endorses Developer's and Project's End-buyer Accreditation proposal such as Accreditation Offering, Remarks and Term Sheet.
  4. Reviews and endorses Accreditation Approval Advice, Memorandum of Agreement (MOA), Data Sharing Agreement (DSA) prior sending to Developer.
  5. Monitors End-buyer Accreditation Database.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management or related courses
  • At least 3 years of relevant banking experience, particularly in sales and marketing support
  • Willing to be assigned in Cagayan de Oro
