The Marketing Support Officer is primarily responsible in managing Developer's accreditation/renewal and inclusion of its project/s for end-buyer financing.
Responsibilities:
- Reviews collated accreditation documents submitted by the handling Account Officer/Developer.
- Reviews and endorses MSA's requested credit and adverse record checking, appraisal of project subject for accreditation and verification of mother title/s and/or subdivided titles that cover/s the project.
- Reviews and endorses Developer's and Project's End-buyer Accreditation proposal such as Accreditation Offering, Remarks and Term Sheet.
- Reviews and endorses Accreditation Approval Advice, Memorandum of Agreement (MOA), Data Sharing Agreement (DSA) prior sending to Developer.
- Monitors End-buyer Accreditation Database.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management or related courses
- At least 3 years of relevant banking experience, particularly in sales and marketing support
- Willing to be assigned in Cagayan de Oro
