The Marketing Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role located in Manila. The role involves leading and overseeing marketing activities, including market planning, conducting market research, and analyzing trends to support informed decision-making. The Marketing Supervisor is also responsible for managing communication strategies, collaborating with the sales team to drive business objectives, and ensuring that marketing campaigns align with company goals.

• Proficiency in Market Planning and conducting Market Research
• Strong Analytical Skills for data interpretation and strategy development
• Exceptional Communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate effectively
• Experience and skills in Sales and driving revenue strategies
• Leadership qualities and the ability to supervise a team effectively
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
