EDUCATION: College graduate
LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS: Marketing and/or business-related certifications or licenses a plus
MINIMUM SKILLS REQUIRED: Use of MS applications, design and basic editing tools like Canva, Premier Pro
Role Description
The Tasks/Responsibilities of the position are as follows:
1. Brand Strategy Development:
- Collaborate with the Segment Marketing Head and managers to define and refine the brand strategy.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer trends and competitive landscape.
2. Consumer Insights:
- Gather and analyze consumer insights to inform marketing strategies and product development.
- Utilize data analytics tools to track consumer behavior and preferences.
3. Marketing Communication Strategy:
- Develop and implement effective marketing communication strategies across various channels.
- Create engaging content for marketing collateral, social media, and digital platforms.
4. Planning and Execution:
- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns from concept to implementation.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide insights for optimization.
5. Collaboration:
- Work closely with sales, product, and creative teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
- Build relationships with external partners and vendors to enhance marketing initiatives.
This outputs/reports coming out of their tasks are as follows:
1. Marketing Strategy and Execution Plan
2. Project and agency briefs
3. Pre and Post-mortem reports
4. Content themes, and potentially actual creative output for internal and external use
5. Digital and PR campaigns to support business objectives and build the brand
