We are seeking a full-time Marketing Supervisor to oversee and execute marketing initiatives at Othmann Incorporated. This on-site role, based in Quezon City, includes responsibilities such as developing and implementing marketing strategies, conducting market research, and coordinating with sales teams to achieve business goals. The Marketing Supervisor will also analyze market trends, manage promotional campaigns, and foster strong communication between departments to ensure project success.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitors and manages the planning and organization of trade exhibits, product launches, and promotional events.
- Source, coordinate, and manage suppliers and 3rd party agencies to ensure timely and quality execution of deliverables
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure project and communication objectives are properly executed
- Provide regular updates to management on campaign progress and team performance
- Assists and supervises the creation of content briefs, print advertisements, and various design materials
- Ensures that all marketing collaterals follow the brand guidelines and are aesthetically presentable for clients
- Manage and mentor the marketing team to ensure efficient execution of marketing plans
- Monitor day-to-day activities and provide guidance to align with business objectives
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Events, Marketing, or Advertising, or Events/PR
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience leading a team
- Strong event project management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Has eye for design and aesthetic
- Proficient in Canva/photo editing software. Knowledgeable in video editing software. Basic Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator (optional)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and PPT and Google Workspace
