Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitors and manages the planning and organization of trade exhibits, product launches, and promotional events.
  • Source, coordinate, and manage suppliers and 3rd party agencies to ensure timely and quality execution of deliverables
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure project and communication objectives are properly executed
  • Provide regular updates to management on campaign progress and team performance
  • Assists and supervises the creation of content briefs, print advertisements, and various design materials
  • Ensures that all marketing collaterals follow the brand guidelines and are aesthetically presentable for clients
  • Manage and mentor the marketing team to ensure efficient execution of marketing plans
  • Monitor day-to-day activities and provide guidance to align with business objectives

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Events, Marketing, or Advertising, or Events/PR
  • At least 2 years of supervisory experience leading a team
  • Strong event project management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Has eye for design and aesthetic
  • Proficient in Canva/photo editing software. Knowledgeable in video editing software. Basic Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator (optional)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and PPT and Google Workspace
