Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Supervisor located in Metro Manila. The Marketing Supervisor will oversee market planning and research activities, coordinate marketing strategies, and support the implementation of sales initiatives. Responsibilities include analyzing market trends, supervising marketing campaigns, and ensuring effective communication between internal teams and external stakeholders. The role also entails driving brand presence, identifying opportunities for growth, and contributing to overall business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Market Planning and Market Research to strategize and execute campaigns effectively
  • Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate market trends and derive actionable insights
  • Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration with teams and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Sales strategies to support business growth and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making abilities
  • Proven experience in marketing or related fields
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Familiarity with the home appliance or consumer electronics industry is a plus
