Job Description

Job Summary:
The Sales and Marketing Supervisor is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the sales and marketing teams while driving initiatives that boost brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and support revenue growth. This role requires a strong blend of strategic planning, hands-on execution, team supervision, and crossdepartment collaboration to ensure seamless alignment between marketing activities and sales goals. The position reports directly to the Business Development Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Sales & Lead Generation
Develop and implement lead generation strategies across digital, social media, and offline channels
Oversee lead qualification processes and ensure accurate handoff to the sales team
Monitor lead flow, campaign performance, and conversion metrics to optimize lead generation efforts
Support the sales team in creating sales decks, proposals, and promotional materials
Conduct customer profiling and identify new business opportunities and target markets
Marketing Strategy & Execution
Assist in crafting and executing marketing plans aligned with business goals
Implement integrated marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and drive engagement
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing platforms, content, and collateral
Coordinate product launches, promotional activities, and marketing events
Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and analysis of industry trends
Content & Digital Marketing
Oversee creation, approval, and scheduling of content for social media, email marketing, website, and printed materials
Monitor and improve digital marketing performance using analytics, insights, and best practices
Coordinate with graphic designers, content creators, and third-party vendors or agencies
Manage the company's social media presence and online reputation
Optimize digital assets for SEO, audience engagement, and lead generation
Sales & Marketing Team Supervision
Supervise, guide, and mentor sales and marketing staff to ensure high performance
Assign tasks, set goals, and track KPIs, timelines, and deliverables
Conduct regular performance evaluations, team meetings, and coaching sessions
Foster teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement across the department
Coordination & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with sales, business development, operations, and management teams to align goals and priorities
Ensure smooth campaign-to-sales transition and follow-through on marketing-driven leads
Collaborate with internal stakeholders for approvals, materials, and support needs
Maintain strong communication channels between sales and marketing departments
Administrative & Reporting
Prepare regular reports on marketing performance, lead generation metrics, and sales support activities
Track and manage marketing budgets, timelines, and project milestones
Maintain organized documentation of campaigns, marketing assets, and communication records
Ensure all promotional activities comply with brand standards and company policies
Provide regular updates, reports, and insights directly to the Business Development Manager to support strategic decision-making

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
35 years of experience in marketing, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role
Experience in digital marketing, branding, and campaign management
Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
Knowledge of social media platforms, analytics tools, and basic marketing software
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies
