JOB SUMMARY:
The Marketing Lead will spearhead the development and execution of marketing communication strategies, covering both traditional and digital marketing channels. Responsibilities include overseeing event organization, creation of marketing materials, and providing leadership to ensure the efficiency of the marketing team.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Brand Management: Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including print and media publicity, digital marketing (social media, website, etc.), and both traditional and non-traditional advertising.
- Event Organization: Spearhead the planning and execution of events that align with brand objectives, fostering meaningful engagement with target market.
- Creative Content Development: Collaborate with the creative agencies to produce compelling marketing materials that effectively communicate brand identity and communication.
- Public Relations: Build positive relationships with media outlets and influencers to secure impactful media coverage and partnerships. Generate publicity/media exposure through press release and targeted placements.
- Team Leadership: Provide guidance and leadership to marketing assistants, ensuring efficiency and progress in alignment with organizational and project goals.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Marketing or equivalent
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Preferably Supervisor specialized in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent
