We are looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Marketing Supervisor to lead our marketing initiatives and grow our client portfolio.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns to promote our commercial event spaces and event management services.
- Oversee social media strategies, digital marketing campaigns, and content creation to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
- Lead event activations, trade shows, and promotional initiatives from concept to execution.
- Conduct market research and analyze campaign performance to optimize future marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and creative teams to ensure aligned brand messaging and client satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, agency partners, and vendors.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of progressive marketing experience, preferably within events, commercial real estate, or hospitality (supervisory experience is a plus).
- Proven track record in campaign execution, digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media ads), and event coordination.
- Strong leadership, project management, and cross-functional communication skills.
- Proficiency in marketing tools, analytics platforms, and basic design/content management software.
