Cepat Kredit is looking for a Marketing Supervisor Content Analysis who will deliver data-driven insights to improve campaign performance and overall marketing effectiveness.
What Youll Do
- Collect and analyze data from Google Analytics, social media platforms, CRM dashboards, and marketing tools.
- Track and evaluate campaign performance across website, email, social media, and paid ads.
- Create clear reports and dashboards using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Identify trends in customer behavior and recommend ways to improve content, engagement, and conversion.
- Provide insights that support acquisition, retention, and overall marketing strategy.
- Present findings and recommendations to Marketing Leaders and Senior Management.
In simple terms: you turn performance data into smarter marketing decisions.
What Were Looking For
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in marketing analytics, reporting, or campaign performance analysis.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience using Google Analytics and social media analytics tools.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to explain data clearly and confidently.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally to support business goals.
