Specific Duties & Responsibilities:
- Contribute to and execute brand strategies for products and services
- Contribute to the conceptualization and development of consumer programs in subscriber acquisition, usage, and retention
- Development of above-the-line and below-the-line communication efforts to drive brand awareness and brand equity and help in the achievement of the desired business results
- Able to understand market trends, market needs and target markets spending habits
- Analysis of industry and competitive data and know how they will impact marketing programs to effectively compete in the marketplace
- Assessment of appropriate program budgets and financial returns while ensuring cost effectiveness
- Business performance/results metrics and monitoring and how it impacts the business
- Develop and manage budgets and actual expenses made for brand initiatives
Position Qualifications:
Education::
- Must have a Bachelors/College degree preferably in Business Studies/Administration/Management/Marketing, or other related courses
- Graduate school education is an advantage
Work Experience:
- Preferably with 1-2 years experience in Marketing in FMCGs, Telecoms, Banks or other service-oriented industry
Competencies, Skills & Other specific requirements:
- Must have ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization as well as with all divisions/groups within the organization
- Proficient in verbal and written communications
- Effective presentation and public speaking skills
- Well versed in Microsoft Office Applications and Canva
- Have ability to lead others
- Flexible and proactive
- Willing to travel
