WE'RE HIRING: Marketing Supervisor (Onsite, Cebu)

Ready to lead the marketing engine of one of the fastest-growing fitness brands in Cebu We're looking for a Marketing Supervisor who can turn ideas into memberships and manage a team while doing it.

What you'll own:
Member leaderboard and challenges that keep people engaged
Certificates and recognition programs
Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) campaigns that generate leads
Corporate partnerships and ongoing relationship management
Vendor sourcing, negotiation, and acquisition
Content creation across social media and in-club channels
Leading and coaching our Marketing Associates

What we're looking for:
Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field
2–3 years of marketing experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team-lead role
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager
Strong content creation skills (photo, video, design)
Partnership or vendor negotiation experience is a big plus
Fitness or wellness background is an advantage
Willing to work onsite in Cebu
