Drive strategic special projects that shape how marketing initiatives are designed, tested, and scaled. The role builds frameworks from hypothesis through execution, ensuring learnings are captured and optimised for future growth. Alongside project delivery, oversee marketing operations enablers aligning back-end systems and processes to business goals, with emphasis on automation, streamlined workflows, and improved team output. Acts as a sub-lead, supporting both strategic pilots and operational excellence.

  • Design and implement test-and-learn frameworks for new marketing initiatives, from hypothesis development to measurement and optimisation.
  • Translate experiment results into actionable recommendations for scaling and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (product, analytics, digital, operations) to ensure alignment and execution.
  • Lead small teams or workstreams focused on process improvement, automation, and reporting enhancements.
  • Streamline marketing operations processes, bridging system capabilities with business needs to enable scalability.
  • Support compliance and light administrative governance, ensuring accuracy and adherence to standards.
  • Create playbooks, documentation, and dashboards to institutionalise learnings and strengthen operational discipline.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or related field.
  • 46 years experience in marketing strategy, special projects, or marketing operations.
  • Demonstrated experience in team or workstream management, particularly in process optimisation and system improvements.
  • Strong analytical and storytelling skills able to design hypotheses, interpret results, and communicate insights with clarity.
  • Proven ability to deliver projects independently in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, bridging operational detail with strategic business objectives.
  • Highly organised, curious, and proactive with a strong bias toward experimentation and continuous improvement.
