Execution & Performance
- Establish and monitor performance metrics, dashboards, and reporting frameworks
- Continuously optimize campaigns based on analytics and test-and-learn insights
- Manage vendor and agency relationships to ensure quality, efficiency, and accountability
Leadership & Collaboration
- Manage and mentor a Junior Marketing Analyst and Marketing Coordinator
- Provide clear priorities, coaching, and performance feedback to build a high-performing team
