Job Description

I. General Objectives of the Job

Responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our SERVICES range, Healthcare marketing is a process of strategic outreach and communications designed to attract healthcare consumers, guide them through their healthcare consumers, guide them through their health care journey, and keep them engaged with the health system. Leads a dynamic marketing team and collaborate with various departments to achieve the companys goal.

II. Duties And Responsibilities

  • Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement marketing strategies and plans that align with company goals.
  • Manage and enhance the companys image, ensuring consistent social media promotion and visual identity. This includes participating in exhibits to promote the company and introduce to other markets
  • Creating marketing strategies that align with the healthcare provider's goals and initiatives.
  • Digital Marketing: Oversee the companys online presence including the website, social media, email marketing and online advertising.
  • Creating marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, or monthly newsletters to keep the public informed.
  • Content Creation: Develop engaging and informative content, including post captions, and videos to educate and attract clients.
  • Market Research: Conduct research to stay informed about the industry trends and clients preferences.
  • Marketing Budget: Identify the target audience and appropriate media placement. Set up and manage the marketing budget and timeline effectively and optimize spending.
  • Collaboratin: Work closely with other departments to align marketing strategies with company objectives.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze marketing performance using metrics and key performance indicators (KPI). Make data driven decisions and adjust strategies accordingly.

III. Job Requirements

Education: Bachelors Degree of any related course in Marketing, Business, or Communications preferred

Relevant Experience: Experience in Marketing principles in a healthcare environment Preferred.
