Job Description:

  • Run and optimize online media campaigns (e.g., Meta, Google, TikTok) to drive rider sign-ups and manage recruitment costs
  • Execute A/B testing on ad creatives, caption and ad objectives to test hypotheses and find the best-performing combinations
  • Analyze social media content trends and competitor strategies to provide fresh ideas for the creative team to improve ad assets
  • Track full-funnel data from ad impressions and clicks to final onboarding to identify areas for improvement
  • Manage and maintain performance dashboards to provide regular updates on recruitment health to the team
  • Explore new online media channels or referral schemes to test their potential for driver acquisition


Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in online media or ads performance analysis
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field
  • Proficient in Excel and familiar with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads
  • Strong logical thinking with a passion for data-driven execution
  • Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Keen interest in social media content and viral trends
