Job Description

Job Title:Marketing Specialist

Location: Remote

Start Date: Immediate

Job Type: Full-Time (40 hours per week)

Job Summary

York Hamilton is seeking a results-driven Marketing Specialist to support and execute our end-to-end marketing initiatives. This role will focus on strengthening our brand presence, generating high-quality leads, and supporting both client acquisition and talent attraction strategies.

You will work closely with the leadership team to plan, execute, and optimise campaigns across digital channels, ensuring consistent messaging and measurable outcomes. This is an ideal role for someone creative, data-driven, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and other relevant platforms
  • Manage and optimise lead generation strategies for both clients and candidates
  • Create and publish engaging content (job ads, social posts, email campaigns, website content)
  • Maintain and grow York Hamilton's online presence and employer brand
  • Analyse campaign performance and provide data-driven insights and recommendations
  • Manage and optimise CRM and marketing automation tools
  • Support recruitment marketing efforts, including job ad optimisation and campaign rollouts
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment across sales, recruitment, and marketing
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, content marketing, or B2B marketing
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn marketing and employer branding
  • Experience with social media management tools, email marketing platforms, and CRM systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns
  • Analytical mindset with experience using marketing data and metrics
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Experience in recruitment, staffing, or outsourcing industry
  • Knowledge of SEO, paid ads, and marketing automation tools
  • Experience with tools such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, Canva, or similar platforms
  • Basic design or video editing skills for content creation
