As a Marketing Backer, you will plan and execute data-driven campaigns to grow brands and drive online engagement across all major social platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Management: Plan, schedule, and manage social media calendars and brand content.
• Engagement: Manage daily campaigns and interact with followers to build brand authority.
• Platform Setup: Build and optimize business pages (FB, IG, LinkedIn, YT, TikTok, etc.).
• Paid Ads & Analytics: Strategize paid ad campaigns and interpret performance reports.
• Optimization: Use tools like Hootsuite and HubSpot to maintain and grow fanbases.
  
  

Requirements

• Strategic & Creative: Strong writing skills and a sharp eye for design.
• Tech Savvy: Proficient in Canva, Hootsuite, and Meta Ads Manager.
• Trend-Aware: Deep understanding of current social media trends and platform dynamics.
