About the Role:
The ideal candidate is a strong writer, understands social media trends, and can turn ideas into compelling content that resonates with target audiences, bringing in fresh energy and ideas.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Marketing
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and the website.
- Video editing, animation.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions
- Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activity to inform content strategy
- Track and report on performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth, conversions)
Blog & Content Marketing
- Write, edit, and publish high-quality blog posts aligned with brand voice and goals
- Conduct basic keyword research and apply SEO best practices
- Repurpose blog content into social posts, newsletters, or other formats
- Collaborate with internal teams or subject-matter experts to source ideas and content
Strategy & Optimization
- Support content and campaign planning aligned with marketing objectives
- Test and optimize content formats, posting schedules, and messaging
- Assist with paid social campaigns (optional, depending on role scope)
Required Skills:
- Proven experience managing social media accounts and/or blog content Hubspot Experience is needed
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills, good graphic design skills
- Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools
- Basic understanding of SEO and content marketing principles
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, platform insights)
- Graphic or video editing skills (Canva, Adobe, CapCut, etc.)
- Experience in the Accounting space
- Knowledge of email marketing or influencer marketing
