This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Specialist located in Butuan. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for designing and implementing marketing strategies, conducting market research, providing customer service, coordinating sales efforts, and developing initiatives to enhance brand awareness. The role involves collaborative activities and maintaining communications with various stakeholders to ensure the success of marketing campaigns and business goals.

• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service
• Proficient in Market Research and data analysis
• Experience in Marketing Strategy and developing innovative campaigns
• Understanding of Sales practices and processes
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams and across departments
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in real estate or property development is a plus
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
