GENERAL PURPOSE:

This role is responsible for supporting Studio West PH's business growth through lead generation, marketing initiatives, sales funnel management, and market intelligence. The role focuses on identifying and engaging prospective clients within the furniture, commercial interiors, architecture, and design industries, while developing marketing content and maintaining systems that support sales and business development objectives. This position requires strong communication skills, creativity, analytical thinking, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

Business Development & Lead Generation

1. Research and identify potential clients within the furniture, commercial interiors, and design industries in North America.
2. Build and maintain a database of qualified prospects.
3. Conduct initial outreach through cold calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other lead generation channels.
4. Schedule introductory meetings and support the sales pipeline.

Marketing and Content Development

1. Create, update, and manage marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, case studies, email campaigns, and social media content.
2. Develop compelling messaging that communicates Studio West PH's services and value proposition.

Sales Funnel Management

1. Design, implement, and optimize a sales funnel system to track prospects from initial contact through conversion.
2. Manage CRM records and ensure accurate documentation of sales activities.
3. Monitor lead conversion metrics and recommend improvements to increase effectiveness.

Reporting & Market Insights

1. Create and publish regular reports on marketing performance, lead generation activities, and sales pipeline progress.
2. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to provide actionable insights.
3. Present findings and recommendations to management.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
2. At least 2 years of experience in marketing, lead generation, business development, or a similar role.
3. Experience with CRM platforms, email marketing tools, and social media channels.
4. Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
5. Experience in B2B marketing is preferred.
6. Knowledge of the furniture, interior design, architecture, or related industries is an advantage.
7. Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
8. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote or offshore support environment.

Employment Details

• Work Schedule: 12:00 AM to 9:00 AM / 3:00 AM to 11:00 AM (PH Time)
• Employment Type: 5-month contract with the possibility of conversion to a permanent position based on performance and business requirements.
