Primary Goal

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Specialist with strong expertise in Shopify and Klaviyo to support our growing eCommerce brand. This role is ideal for someone who understands the technical and marketing side of online retail, with experience managing Shopify stores, executing email marketing campaigns, and supporting product launches.

We launch new products every month, so we're looking for someone who can keep our marketing efforts running smoothly, optimize the customer journey, and ensure our online store and email campaigns consistently drive engagement and sales.

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to become a long-term extension of our team.

Key Responsibilities

Shopify Store Management

● Manage and maintain the Shopify storefront.

● Upload new products, collections, and product pages.

● Update product descriptions, pricing, images, and inventory.

● Create and optimize landing pages for product launches.

● Ensure website content remains accurate, visually appealing, and conversion-focused.

● Monitor site functionality and troubleshoot basic Shopify issues.

● Coordinate and manage Shopify apps, plugins, and integrations.

● Assist with website optimization to improve customer experience and conversions.

● Maintain store organization and ensure all product information is current.

Klaviyo Email Marketing

● Build, schedule, and manage email campaigns in Klaviyo.

● Execute the company's regular email marketing schedule (approximately two campaigns per week).

● Create engaging promotional emails for product launches, seasonal campaigns, and special offers.

● Segment email lists for targeted marketing campaigns.

● Monitor email performance metrics

● Optimize campaigns based on performance data.

● Maintain automated email flows when neededEnsure all campaigns align with the company's branding and marketing objectives.

Marketing Support

● Assist with planning and executing marketing campaigns.

● Support monthly product launches through coordinated marketing efforts.

● Help implement promotional campaigns across digital channels.

● Coordinate marketing assets and ensure timely execution.

● Monitor campaign performance and provide basic reporting.

● Assist with marketing research and competitor analysis.

● Recommend improvements to increase customer engagement and sales.

Shopify Tools & Integrations

● Manage and monitor Shopify applications and third-party integrations.

● Ensure marketing tools function correctly within the Shopify ecosystem.

● Troubleshoot minor integration issues.

● Assist with implementing new tools that improve efficiency and customer experience.

Experience

● Previous experience managing Shopify stores.

● Strong knowledge of Shopify products, collections, and website management.

● Hands-on experience with Klaviyo email marketing.

● Experience creating, scheduling, and optimizing email campaigns.

● Understanding of email marketing best practices.

● Familiarity with Shopify apps and integrations.

● Strong organizational and project management skills.

● Excellent written and verbal English communication.

● High attention to detail.

● Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

● Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

● Experience with graphic and website design

● Experience with Meta Ads Manager.

● Amazon Seller Central experience.

● Canva proficiency.

● Basic understanding of eCommerce conversion optimization.
