Job Description

We're looking for an experienced marketing professional to support a broad range of initiatives across content, partnerships, social media and communications.

This is a hands-on, varied role where no two days look the same. You'll work closely with marketing, design and product teams across Australia and the Philippines to deliver high-quality, fit-for-purpose content and campaigns.

What you'll do

  • Create and publish content across web (CMS), email and social channels
  • Support brand and partnership initiatives, including charity collaborations
  • Draft eDMs, web copy, campaign content and supporting materials
  • Brief design teams on creative assets across digital channels (e.g. META, LinkedIn)
  • Support product launches through content and communications coordination
  • Assist in PR and communications, including working with external publicists
  • Contribute to thought leadership content such as whitepapers and reports
  • Support administrative requirements such as purchase orders and coordination tasks

What good looks like

  • 4–6 years experience in marketing, content, social media or communications roles
  • Strong experience in social media marketing (content creation, publishing and reporting across META and LinkedIn)
  • Experience managing CMS platforms and publishing web content (Magento is an advantage)
  • Strong written communication skills across web, email and PR formats
  • Proactive, collaborative and comfortable working across teams
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Interest in sustainability and purpose-led brands
  • Curious about AI tools and how they can improve efficiency

Work setup & tools

  • Work from home (company-provided equipment)
  • Day shift aligned to AU hours (6:30 AM – 3:30 PM PHT)
  • Tools include: HubSpot, META, LinkedIn, Hootsuite, Magento, Shopify, Monday.com, Microsoft suite

What to expect
