Marketing Specialist (non-life insurance)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Specialist to manage insurance policy servicing and client coordination. The role involves handling policy issuance, renewals, and endorsements while ensuring timely communication and accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate issuance and renewal of insurance policies
• Monitor and follow up via email and calls on policy requests, renewals, and endorsements
• Provide timely updates to clients regarding their policies and related documents
• Prepare proposals and quotations for various insurance lines for client submission
• Coordinate with insurance companies for rates and approval of proposals/quotations

Qualification:

• Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree
• At least 3 years of experience in insurance servicing.
• Experience in motorcar, property, or general insurance.
• Insurance brokerage experience is an advantage.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
