Marketing Specialist - Marketing (Native speaker of Indonesian or Vietnamese)

- Support planning & execution of migrant worker acquisition and engagement campaigns

- Review & localize online/offline campaign and educational materials to ensure clear and culturally relevant communication

- Provide insights and support the design of messaging, channels & engagement approaches for ID/VN migrant workers

- Track user feedback & pain points and provide actionable insights to Product & Operations for optimization

- Manage Shopee's official LINE or Facebook migrant worker communities, including user inquiries, education, promotions & ongoing engagement

- Support recruitment of migrant workers for interviews / FGDs and facilitate sessions in Indonesian/Vietnamese as needed

- Native Bahasa Indonesia / Vietnamese speaker with working proficiency in Mandarin

- Strong communication skills and comfortable engaging directly with users

- Good understanding of Indonesian/Vietnamese migrant worker communities in Taiwan

- Experience in campaign/event planning & execution, community management, social media, or user research is a plus
