Job Description
The Marketing Specialist supports the development and execution of brand marketing initiatives that strengthen brand presence, drive customer engagement, and contribute to business growth. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate marketing campaigns, promotional activities, events, digital content, and retail activations while ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
Brand and Campaign Management
Support the planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns, promotional programs, and brand initiatives.
Ensure all marketing activities are aligned with brand guidelines, business objectives, and customer engagement goals.
Assist in the implementation of product launches, promotions, seasonal campaigns, and branding activities.
Monitor campaign performance and support post-campaign evaluation and reporting.
Marketing Operations and Coordination
Coordinate day-to-day marketing activities to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Work closely with internal stakeholders including sales, operations, merchandising, creative, supply chain, and logistics teams to support campaign execution.
Assist in managing marketing budgets, expense tracking, and campaign-related documentation.
Prepare presentations, reports, campaign trackers, and other marketing materials as required.
Events and Activations
Support the planning and execution of events, sponsorships, brand activations, and promotional initiatives.
Coordinate event logistics, supplier requirements, venue arrangements, and on-site implementation.
Manage in-store marketing setups and assist with retail campaign rollouts.
Partnerships and Vendor Management
Coordinate with external agencies, media partners, suppliers, influencers, and other service providers.
Support the execution of partnerships, sponsorship opportunities, product seeding activities, and media placements.
Assist with sourcing marketing materials, promotional items, and campaign requirements.
Retail and Brand Visibility
Conduct store visits to ensure brand standards, visual merchandising, and marketing materials are consistently implemented.
Coordinate with retail and mall marketing teams regarding promotional opportunities, event participation, and advertising placements.
Support the development and implementation of in-store branding initiatives.
Digital and Content Support
Assist with social media content publishing and basic copywriting to support brand awareness and engagement.
Monitor digital campaign performance and support reporting on key engagement metrics.
Help maintain brand consistency across digital channels.
Market Research and Reporting
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer trend monitoring.
Gather insights and recommendations to support marketing strategies and decision-making.
Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, budget utilization, and marketing activities.
Administrative Support
Process purchase requests, payment requests, and vendor-related documentation.
Monitor and track marketing expenditures and budget utilization.
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
Experience
Minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in marketing, brand management, trade marketing, or related functions.
Experience supporting marketing campaigns, events, promotions, and retail activations is preferred.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Familiarity with social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and basic marketing analytics.
Experience using project management and collaboration tools is an advantage.
