Tricog is a leading healthcare technology company harnessing AI to deliver innovative SaaS solutions. We help Cardiologists in delivering rapid and accurate ECG and 2D Echo interpretations. 01 in every 05 cardiologists in the country uses Tricog services.

Since entering the Philippines in 2019, we have established ourselves as a strong player in the market, serving over 500 customers, including reputed healthcare providers like The Medical City Clinics, Maxicare Health Services Inc., Hi-Precision Diagnostics, Mt. Grace Group of Hospitals and Metro Pacific Group of Hospitals.

The Marketing and Inside Sales Specialist plays a key role in driving brand awareness, generating leads, and supporting business growth. This role is primarily focused on marketing and developing creative campaigns, engaging target audiences, and strengthening the company's brand while also supporting inside sales activities as needed to convert prospects into clients. The ideal candidate is skilled in understanding market trends and customer behavior, executing innovative marketing strategies, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve results. You should be proficient in marketing principles, digital tools, and basic inside sales processes, with a focus on delivering measurable impact for the company's growth and reputation.

Job Description:

  • Brainstorm, plan, and execute creative marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Support outbound and inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in content development, optimization, advertising, social media, direct marketing, and event planning.
  • Coordinate with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to strengthen brand awareness and overall marketing efforts.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to effectively reach the target audience through channels such as social media, email, and digital platforms.
  • Analyze marketing data, including campaign performance, conversion rates, and traffic metrics, to guide future marketing strategies.
  • Conduct competitor research and market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential improvements.
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers through prospecting, qualifying leads, and ongoing engagement.
  • Create and support the development of marketing materials for the company website and other marketing platforms.
  • Assist in achieving financial objectives by helping prepare annual budgets, monitoring expenditures, analyzing variances, and suggesting corrective actions.
  • Drive sales and market expansion for Tricog's telecardiology solutions in the Philippines.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals, diagnostic centers, and clinics.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic sales plans to support revenue growth.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations with potential clients.
  • Work closely with the internal team to ensure smooth customer onboarding and high-quality support.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of Tricog in the region.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For:

  • 3-5 years of marketing and sales experience (healthcare/tech preferred).
  • Driven to learn by engaging directly with customer problems in real-world settings.
  • Bachelor's degree of Marketing or any related field
  • Strong writing & communication skills.
  • Creative thinker and hands-on experience with social media and digital tools.
  • Familiar with editing tools (canva, vn, inshot, capcut)
