The role focuses on building strong candidate pipelines, supporting recruitment teams with qualified leads, and providing accurate sourcing reports and analytics to support hiring strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Employee Referral Program Management
  • Manage and promote the company's employee referral program to increase internal candidate referrals.
  • Engage employees to encourage participation in referral initiatives.
  • Track referral submissions and coordinate with recruiters regarding candidate status.
  • Monitor referral program performance and recommend improvements to increase participation and quality hires.

  • Social Media Talent Sourcing
  • Source potential candidates through social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant job communities.
  • Create and post engaging recruitment content to attract candidates.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines through social media engagement and networking.
  • Respond to inquiries from potential candidates and guide them through the application process.

  • Recruitment Reporting & Analytics
  • Generate regular reports on sourcing activities including referrals, social media leads, and candidate pipelines.
  • Track sourcing metrics such as referral conversion rate, candidate engagement, and lead generation.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and databases.

  • Collaboration with Recruitment Team
  • Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring requirements.
  • Support recruitment campaigns and hiring events to attract talent.
  • Assist in developing innovative sourcing strategies to meet hiring targets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • At least 13 years of experience in recruitment marketing, talent acquisition, or similar roles.
  • Experience managing employee referral programs and social media recruitment is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and social media platforms.

Required Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in using social media for recruitment purposes.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with data analysis and reporting.
  • Knowledge of employer branding strategies.
