What You'll Do
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including client re-engagement and lead generation initiatives.
- Create and coordinate marketing content including campaign messaging, graphics, and basic marketing materials.
- Manage and maintain digital channels such as website content and online business profiles.
- Plan and implement marketing calendars aligned with business objectives and campaign priorities.
- Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation and targeted communications.
- Support CRM-driven marketing efforts, leveraging client data to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Build and optimize workflow automations using tools such as Microsoft Power Automate, SharePoint, or Dynamics 365.
- Streamline internal processes including document generation, client communications, and review pack preparation.
- Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency through automation, AI tools, and continuous process improvement.
Key Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or any related field.
- At least 3 years experience in digital marketing, marketing automation, or a related role.
- Hands-on experience managing digital campaigns, email marketing, and CRM-based marketing initiatives.
- Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals including audience targeting, segmentation, and campaign execution.
- Experience working with Microsoft tools such as Power Automate, SharePoint, or Dynamics 365 is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in content creation and design tools such as Canva.
- Experience designing and implementing workflow automations or process improvements.
- Exposure to AI tools or automation platforms is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and solutions-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills with the ability to balance creative and technical tasks.
Work setup:
- Manila (BGC, Taguig): Australian hours (6 am – 3 pm PHT) with a hybrid set up of 1 to 2 days onsite.
