What You'll Do:
The Marketing Specialist is responsible for leading influencer and celebrity partnership initiatives to support brand campaigns and drive business growth. This role involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with agencies and talent management teams, managing negotiations and contract execution, and overseeing the end-to-end coordination of collaborations. The specialist ensures seamless execution of campaigns from onboarding through launch, while maintaining alignment with brand objectives and delivering high-impact results.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels to support business objectives.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, product, creative) to ensure alignment of marketing strategies and messaging.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and paid advertising.
- Analyze campaign performance using data and analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
- Create and manage content for various platforms, ensuring consistency in brand voice and messaging.
- Support product launches, promotions, and brand initiatives from planning through execution.
- Monitor and report on KPIs such as engagement, conversion rates, ROI, and lead generation.
- Manage relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors when needed
- Ensure all marketing activities align with brand guidelines and overall business strategy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in FMCG, beauty-related brand, good at online marketing.
- Previous engagement with influencer or celebrity agencies.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Strong understanding of the market industry of the company.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
